Digital Division Ltd is one of the biggest players in the iGaming affiliate space, they own a well-known Slots brand they plan to develop into a hybrid affiliate/operator model and see the creation of a high-performance marketing team as a key part of this development. The company is based in East London.

The company is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to help with all areas of the marketing mix including, but not limited to; CRM, tournament schedule management, acquisition campaign management, promotion management, promotion analysis, data analysis, PR and social media.

The company is small, so your creative ideas will be listened to and implemented if they add value, so there is a chance to see your concepts come to fruition very quickly. However, there will be a lot of grunt work in getting promotional campaigns, CRM campaigns and new customer tournaments set up and ensuring they adhere to all compliance, legal, and internal/operational controls. Performance analysis of these will be a big part of the role, so it won’t always be glamorous. Attention to detail and being comfortable with numbers is essential.

The Marketing Executive role is seen as vitally important to the company’s growth strategy, we’re after a confident self-starter who’s already held a position in digital marketing and is looking for their next opportunity. We want someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate positive impact on the business.

The role is based in our East London office (Hackney Wick).

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the CRM lead in getting new campaigns set up.
  • Implement and track the Slots Tournament strategy to ensure effective ROI in terms of participation, conversions and revenue generated.
  • Implement and measure player promotions and provide detailed reports on promotion performance in terms of conversion funnel and ROI.
  • Provide support to the content and social media manager
  • Ensure all advertising materials, including website content/landing pages, are compliant with relevant gaming license provisions, the UK advertising code for online gaming, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers of marketing services.
  • Provide timely financial and business updates.
  • Collaborate closely with all areas of the Marketing, CRM and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth running of all campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the digital space in general and the online gaming industry in particular, including competitors’ marketing and loyalty strategies, and disseminate this learning throughout the organisation

Skills required:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years experience in Digital Marketing.
  • High Level of excel (google sheets), word (google docs).
  • High level of computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns working with numerous people in cross country locations.
